Below is a quick explanation of our services that are included in the different packages. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us. SEO Planning & Strategy

Kickoff Workshop
A WebEx presentation that explains our SEO approach, important project deliverables and important SEO concepts. We will present a quick assessment of your site and discuss your SEO strategy and requirements.

Website SEO Audit
We check your website for general SEO and online marketing maturity and benchmark against industry best practices.

Competitor Analysis
An analysis of your main competitors to enable you to better compare your efforts with the competition. This includes traffic analysis, keyword ranking and Adwords strategy.

Keyword Research
We gather a list of relevant keywords for your site based on your content, your competitors content and several industry keyword databases. All keyword candidates are then checked for keyword effectiveness based on results in Google and amount of searches. This will help you to identify the best keywords for the SEO project, but also provide you with a larger set of keywords that you can use for new content creation and Adword campaigns.

On Page Analysis
We review your website content for specific SEO factors like keyword density, page titles, meta tags, robots.txt, sitemaps, W3C validation, image tags, structure and canonical URLs. We will provide a report that enables you to either perform these recommended changes yourself or have your webmaster integrate them into the site.

Recommendations Report
We will prepare a written report with our finding and recommendations.

Recommendations Call
We will explain our finding and recommendations during a phone call.

Google Analytics & Tools
If your site is not already using Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools, we will send you information on how to setup these important tools or set it up for you.

Maximum Keywords / URLs
The maximum amount of keywords and different URLs that we accept for a package. You can always target less keywords that are more competitive to get good results. We will recommend suitable keywords in your recommendations report.

Linkbuilding

Permanent one-way links
All our links are permanent, one-way links from different sources like article marketing, press releases, directories, blogs, Web 2.0 sites, customer review sites, social bookmarking sites and link wheels. We use only ethical SEO methods to build links and aim to provide a natural, well diversified link profile from different sites. We do not buy links and we do not place links on our own sites. All links are yours and we will provide a report at the end of the project to allow you to validate all links.
Due to the changing nature of the internet some links will become inactive over time. During the course of the project we will rebuild dead links so that you will get at least the guaranteed amount of links that are included in your package.

Guaranteed Ranking

Primary guaranteed keywords
Depend ending on your package we will guarantee a maximum amount of keywords. These guaranteed keywords need to satisfy the maximum combined competition criteria. If you decide to target keywords with a higher competition this would reduce the amount of guaranteed keywords.
e.g.

3 keywords with 150,000 competition each	2 keywords with 50,000 completion and 1 keyword with 200,000 competition	1 keyword with 280,000 competition and 1 keyword with 20,000 competition
= 3 keywords / 450,000 combined competition	= 3 keywords / 300,000 combined competition	= 2 keywords / 300,000 combined competition

We will recommend suitable keywords in your recommendations report.

Secondary not guaranteed keywords
In addition to the primary keywords, we will also build secondary keywords. These secondary keywords are not guaranteed to rank, however they have a high probability of ranking well if you choose them correctly.
Good secondary keywords are long tail keywords (e.g. primary is ‘insurance’, secondary is ‘insurance broker’) and have less competition than the primary keywords. For each primary keyword you get 2 secondary keywords.
We will recommend suitable keywords in your recommendations report.

Maximum combined competition
Our guaranteed ranking packages are based on the fact that keywords with more results on Google require more links to rank well. To get the amount of competition for a keyword, please search on it on google.com with quotes (e.g. “insurance broker”). The number of results is the competition on Google.

In our packages we combine competition results, so you can choose to either use all effort on one highly competitive keyword or to target multiple that are less competitive keywords. See primary guaranteed keywords for an example.

Guaranteed Position
We will not stop link building for your target keywords until your site is in the top 10 results on google.com. If we do not manage to get all your primary keywords into a top 10 spot within 18 months after project start, then we will refund the cost of the SEO package in full. We do require that you implement our on-page recommendations and reserve the right to decline keywords for this guaranteed service. Of course if we decline a keyword, we will also refund your SEO package.

Reporting & Consulting

Ranking Report
We will provide a ranking report for all your keywords. In this report we will consider the top 100 positions on google.com, yahoo.com and bing.com. This will enable you to understand your search engine visibility and share of search.

Competition Ranking Report
We will provide a ranking report for your competitors with all your keywords. In this report we will consider the top 100 positions on google.com, yahoo.com and bing.com. This will enable you to understand how strong your online competition is.

Quick Review
We will check your site for SEO relevant changes and send you updated recommendations where required. This is review is limited to 1hr and will only cover high level aspects.

Extended Review
We will check your site for SEO relevant changes and send you updated recommendations where required. This is review is limited to 5hr and will only cover most aspects of your site. In addition we will notify you of new developments of SEO and online marketing best practices that you should consider for your site.

Updated Recommendations Report
We will prepare a written report with our finding and recommendations.

Quarterly Review Call
We will explain our finding and recommendations during a phone call and discuss your requirements.

Strategy Review Call
We will explain our finding and recommendations during a phone call, discuss your requirements and make recommendations for the next year.
