Search engines are powerful tools for bringing the product towards the consumers. This contract will let Yahoo! revive its search engine by incorporating with it the more popular by Bing. This will also allow the search engine Redmond Giant to fuse with Yahoo! and raise its market share to 30% though about 65% still far controlled by Google. Nevertheless, this can only be made possible not until Bing has been implemented worldwide, which could probably last until 2012.

Only the search results will come from the index of Bing, while the interface, presentation and configuration, will absolutely stay unchanged and with the addition of the phrase "Powered by Bing" at the end of each search result. Apart from that, users can still enjoy Yahoo! tools like  search assistant, site filters, and many others.

In this clash of the search engines, we will see in time if this big fusion will hit a big impact to Google, an enormous contender we all know will never raise its while flag. In fact, Google continues to improve and revamp its search engine and just a few weeks ago Google Images interface was redecorated into something that Bing has been using for quite some time now.
